Penang Hill Club Coach & Mentor Programme

Date : 4/7/2009 - 5/7/2009

On the 04/07/09-05/07/2009 - Five of us from BATMC ( Chee Sheng, Paul, Yvonne, Pei Yin & myself -Suzan) were the privileged ones to attend the club coach & mentor programme held at Hotel Bellevue, Penang Hill.

I call it " privileged"because all of us gained insights & de novo ideas on how to run our club.Besides that, it was an excellent venue for us to unwind stress.

The ice breaking session turned out to be " ice melting session" when all of us got wet. almost drenched, with our fellow toastmasters throwing pails and balloons filled with water on each other. It was really fun - thanks to Joanne & Terence for a creative & fun-filled session.

The programme itself was very inspiring & uplifting our spirits,to the extent that our incumbent BATMC President - Chee Sheng, called for a "meeting" while we were queuing for the train. He was so excited that Paul had to practically restrain him.We were again at Chee Sheng's mercy, when the five of us had to listen to him in the car while we were traveling back to Butterworth!

Yes! Mr. President,we, the BATMC will back you up as you pilot BATMC in this term.Together we shall soar high and live up the name - Paradise Club!!!
